1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and DURA ENTERPRISES UMDUBA PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of WishPlanner (the "Service"). Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
